Rōpū Kahikatea Home Learning
Term 2
Monday 11 May
Kia ora Whanau,
As you will be aware the Prime Minister has signalled that we may move into Level 2 shortly. With this in mind, teachers will be spending time this week, getting their rooms ready and planning for the return of children. As a result, teachers will have less time to respond to home learning tasks and provide feedback. We appreciate your understanding at this unusual time. Once a decision has been made about moving to Level 2, you will receive two things:
a survey from school regarding your child/ren's attendance during Level 2. If you could fill this in as soon as possible that would be greatly appreciated.
your child's teacher will also call you to check-in with you and how your child is feeling about returning to school.
If you have any questions about any of this, please contact a member of the Senior Leadership Team:
Conrad Kelly ckelly@kns.school.nz
Andrea Peetz apeetz@kns.school.nz
James Appleton jappleton@kns.school.nz

In terms of our team, this is your child's personal stationery items, however you are under no obligation to come in. If you are coming to collect resources please line up outside the classroom 2 metres apart and teachers will invite you into the room.
The KNS library will be open from 9.00am to 11.00am tomorrow, Wednesday 25 March.
Children may come to the library when accompanied by an adult.
